- I grew up in a really close family with 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. Five years ago I married my highschool sweetheart, and since then we've had 3 little princesses. I stay at home full-time, and love blogging about every day in our busy house. I love taking photographs of just about anything, but mostly my girls.
Matthew is my hard-working, good-looking, guitar playing, very bad dancing, very supportive husband. He loves to fix things even when they don't need fixing, and he's a better Daddy to his girls than I could've ever imagined. We dated in highschool and were married on Febraury 4, 2006.
Gracie Lynn is 5 going 20. She is always making me laugh with goofy things she comes up with. She will talk your ear off. She's extremely sassy, but sweet, and says what's on her mind - all the time. She's the big sister and plays the role very well. She loves being outside and would live in the sandbox if I let her. She was born on April 10, 2007, and has been a handful ever since!
Hanna Marie is our newest big sister. She has the most contagious smile I've ever seen, and the best laugh I've ever heard. She loves playing outside with her sisters, and playing mama in the house with her baby dolls, rocking and singing them to sleep. She was born on October 22, 2008 with a very rare eye condition which left her legally blind. She is a medical mystery and is constantly being tested for other health issues, so the purpose of this site is to keep all of her family and friends updated on her progress and any new information we receive. So far we know that she has a growth disorder and is nothing short of a miracle. Hopefully I can help give hope and share my personal experiences with anyone who's child has been diagnosed as Visually Impaired, or Blind throughout this journey of ours.
Hailey Elizabeth is the baby of the group, and has all of us wrapped around her little finger. At 22 months old, she is quite the little actress and keeps us all laughing. She's spunky and sweet, and is probably the happiest kids you'll ever meet. She'll be our newest big sister when we welcome her little brother or sister right before her second birthday!
